đź“‹ Description
- • Develop and maintain high-performance frontend applications for Dressly, a fashion-tech startup leveraging AI to deliver personalized styling solutions, using TypeScript, Next.js, and GraphQL.
- • Collaborate directly with product founders, designers, marketers, and creators to shape product vision and ensure technical execution aligns with user needs and business goals.
- • Build scalable, reusable UI components with a strong focus on performance, accessibility, and user experience across web platforms.
- • Implement and optimize AI-assisted features in production systems, ensuring seamless integration of machine learning models into the frontend architecture.
- • Apply iterative development practices: rapidly prototype, test, measure results, and refine features based on user feedback and data-driven insights.
- • Prioritize tasks effectively by distinguishing critical product improvements from low-impact enhancements, ensuring maximum value delivery in each sprint.
- • Maintain deep technical ownership of code quality, performance, and maintainability, treating frontend code as a core product component rather than a disposable interface.
- • Stay current with emerging frontend trends, AI tooling, and engineering best practices, and proactively share knowledge through team discussions, code reviews, and documentation.
- • Work within a cross-functional environment where engineers actively contribute to product strategy, not just implementation—participate in feature planning, roadmap discussions, and user research synthesis.
- • Engage with backend services built in TypeScript, NestJS, and GraphQL to ensure smooth data flow, efficient queries, and robust error handling between frontend and backend systems.
- • Contribute to the growth engineering domain by optimizing user acquisition, onboarding flows, retention mechanisms, and conversion funnels using data-informed frontend optimizations.
- • Operate in a fast-paced, scale-driven startup environment where rapid iteration and adaptability are essential; you will be expected to navigate ambiguity and define solutions with limited prior precedent.
- • Be part of a team building one of Ukraine’s most impactful fashion-tech products, featured in global media like TechCrunch and Wired, used by millions of users worldwide.
- • Participate in the broader SKELAR ecosystem—work alongside 1000+ experts across 10+ tech businesses, benefiting from shared platforms in engineering, recruiting, legal, and finance.
- • Influence product direction from day one: your technical input will directly shape the future of Dressly’s user interface, AI personalization engine, and customer engagement model.
- • Contribute to a mission-driven culture that supports Ukraine’s recovery through the SKELAR Foundation, where employee-led initiatives fund post-war rebuilding projects.
