📋 Description

• • Own the end-to-end delivery of new features in Clari’s flagship revenue intelligence platform, writing elegant, performant React + TypeScript code that is used daily by revenue leaders at companies like Okta, Adobe, Workday, and Zoom.
• • Partner with product designers to translate Figma prototypes into pixel-perfect, accessible UIs, ensuring WCAG 2.1 compliance and an exceptional user experience for sales reps, managers, and C-suite executives who rely on Clari to forecast revenue within 3 % accuracy.
• • Contribute to and evolve Clari’s shared component library and design-system, publishing reusable React components to Storybook, documenting usage guidelines, and driving adoption across 10+ product teams to guarantee visual and behavioral consistency at scale.
• • Collaborate in a truly cross-functional squad (frontend, backend, product, UX research, data science) using Agile ceremonies, two-week sprints, and continuous deployment to ship features that surface revenue leak, predict deal slippage, and recommend next-best actions.
• • Instrument and monitor your code with observability tools (Datadog, Sentry) to maintain sub-second page loads and 99.9 % uptime for a platform processing billions of CRM data points nightly.
• • Write comprehensive unit, integration, and e2e tests (Jest, React Testing Library, Cypress) to safeguard quality and enable fearless daily releases via our automated CI/CD pipeline.
• • Conduct empathetic code reviews that raise the bar for readability, performance, and security, mentoring junior engineers and leveling up team standards through constructive feedback and shared knowledge.
• • Take ownership of technical debt: refactor legacy class components into modern hooks, optimize bundle size with code-splitting and tree-shaking, and champion accessibility and performance budgets.
• • Participate in quarterly “innovation weeks” to prototype bold ideas—such as real-time collaborative forecasting boards or AI-driven deal coaching widgets—that could become the next marquee feature.
• • Travel to our Kraków hub up to four times per year for team summits, design sprints, and culture-building events, while enjoying the flexibility of full-time remote work from anywhere in Poland.
