- • As the Fulfillment Operations Lead at Nivoda Limited in Amsterdam, you will be responsible for the end-to-end logistics performance of the Netherlands hub, ensuring seamless inbound consolidation, break-bulk operations, and global last-mile distribution. This role is critical to maintaining the speed, accuracy, and reliability of Nivoda’s diamond marketplace operations, directly impacting customer satisfaction and scalability in a fast-growing B2B platform serving the global jewellery industry.
- • You will own daily execution of fulfilment KPIs including speed, accuracy, and service levels, while driving process robustness and scalability. Your responsibilities include managing end-to-end outbound operations such as pick/pack, labelling, courier allocation, and dispatch; optimizing carrier relationships with partners like FedEx, UPS, and Brinks; leading the rollout of new fulfilment streams (Express, Jewellery, Melee); designing and implementing SOPs; identifying bottlenecks through data-driven analysis; coaching and developing junior team members; and acting as the primary liaison between fulfilment, customer support, supplier teams, and global stakeholders to proactively communicate risks and recovery plans.

The Oude Meer office serves as a key logistics hub supporting Nivoda’s international operations.
- • In this role, you will develop deep expertise in high-value logistics operations within a high-growth tech-enabled environment, gaining hands-on experience in scaling fulfilment networks, optimizing carrier performance, and leading cross-functional operational improvements. You will have the opportunity to shape processes from the ground up, influence strategic logistics decisions, and grow into a broader operations leadership role as Nivoda continues its global expansion.
🎯 Requirements
- • Must have 4+ years of logistics experience from any industry, with luxury goods experience considered beneficial
- • Must have proven experience in stock control of high-value products
- • Familiarity with courier services such as FedEx, UPS, and Brinks, along with experience using tracking systems, is beneficial
- • Exceptional attention to detail is required
- • Honesty, professionalism, and integrity are essential
