- • As a Full Stack AI Engineer (Front-End Leaning) at Inception Point AI, you will lead the rebuild of the company’s front-end tech stack to create intuitive, AI-powered interfaces that empower non-technical creative teams to work independently with advanced AI tools.
- • Your day-to-day responsibilities include designing and developing user-centric UI/UX using modern front-end frameworks, collaborating on full-stack execution including data structures and back-end troubleshooting, leveraging AI as a development partner to accelerate workflows, and reducing technical debt in the existing 'Arc' platform to improve reliability and performance.
- • Inception Point AI is an AI-first company pioneering human-agent collaboration interfaces through partnerships with NVIDIA Inception and AWS, building cutting-edge tools for media and software creation that are not yet publicly available.
- • In this role, you will gain deep expertise in AI-driven front-end development, shape the long-term front-end strategy of a high-growth startup, work with unreleased NVIDIA and AWS technologies, and significantly increase your market value by building foundational tools that define the future of creative AI workflows.
🎯 Requirements
- • Deep competency in at least one modern front-end framework (React, Tailwind CSS, or modern CSS)
- • Experience building complex platform front ends, ideally for AI or high-interaction websites
- • Comfortable using AI as a pairing partner to accelerate development and build adaptive interfaces
- • Ability to thrive in a high-growth startup environment with sparse documentation and evolving processes
- • Humility to collaborate effectively and confidence to question leadership for optimal solutions
