- • As a Full Stack Analytics DevOps Engineer at Guidehouse, you will play a critical role in designing, automating, and operating secure, scalable analytics platforms for large commercial and public sector clients, directly enabling data-driven decision-making through robust, repeatable cloud infrastructure.
- • You will architect and automate enterprise analytics platforms using Terraform, GitHub, Kubernetes, and GitOps to deliver secure, compliant, and scalable cloud environments—focusing on Databricks, Unity Catalog, and other analytics workloads across Azure and AWS—while integrating third-party tools and APIs to accelerate product team delivery.
- • You will design and build next-generation analytics infrastructure by modernizing legacy systems, implementing hardened CI/CD pipelines aligned with Zero Trust and cloud governance standards, and developing reusable modules, templates, and reference architectures that standardize platform usage across business units.
- • You will improve containerized workloads on Azure and AWS, enhancing efficiency and observability for analytic platforms such as Databricks, Posit Workbench, and Posit Connect, while contributing to engineering excellence through code commits, PR reviews, automation improvements, and platform monitoring enhancements.
- • You will collaborate closely with IT Architecture and IT Security teams to ensure compliance, resiliency, and policy alignment, leveraging GitHub, Jira, and ServiceNow as part of a mature DevSecOps operating model to drive secure, repeatable solutions that are harvested into a common catalog for reuse.
- • You will partner with business segments to build novel analytics solutions and harvest successful implementations into a reusable catalog, accelerating delivery cycles and establishing best practices that become foundational to Guidehouse’s analytics platform strategy.
- • You will operate within Guidehouse’s central Products, Platforms, and Tools group under the Office of the CTO, a high-impact, innovation-driven team responsible for setting technical standards and enabling scalable delivery across the enterprise—offering exposure to cutting-edge cloud technologies and cross-functional leadership opportunities.
- • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in Infrastructure-as-Code, cloud security frameworks, GitOps, and analytics platform engineering while gaining leadership experience in driving change, mentoring peers, and shaping enterprise-wide standards—positioning you for advancement into senior architecture or platform leadership roles.

- • Experience deploying, managing, or maintaining big data or analytics platforms such as Databricks, Snowflake, RedShift, BigQuery, or Synapse, including integration with Unity Catalog and related governance tools.
- • Proficiency in modern development languages (Python, GoLang, JavaScript) with 3–4 years of hands-on experience in at least one, coupled with expertise in Agile CI/CD cloud deployment techniques and policy-driven frameworks for microservices (Kubernetes) and IaC.
- • Demonstrated ability to research, plan, organize, lead, and implement new processes or technologies, supported by strong communication and leadership skills to drive change within organizations and with client stakeholders.
- • Experience with version control (GitHub/Azure DevOps), agile management tools (Jira, GitHub Projects), and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes, Helm, Ansible) is required.
