• We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Full Stack Engineer with a strong backend focus to join our innovative team. This pivotal role is designed for an individual passionate about bridging the critical gap between groundbreaking experimentation and robust, scalable production environments. Your core mission will involve taking successful prototypes and high-impact features, particularly those leveraging WhatsApp integrations, and seamlessly embedding them into our core product architecture.
• You will be instrumental in transforming validated "MVP of the MVP" concepts into stable, scalable, and meticulously documented features that become integral parts of our main platform. This requires a deep understanding of backend development principles and a keen eye for detail in ensuring the quality and maintainability of the code.
• A significant aspect of your role will be leading the implementation and ongoing maintenance of sophisticated WhatsApp API functionalities. This ensures that our communication flows are not only reliable but also robust and secure, meeting the high standards expected by our clients and their users.
• You will collaborate closely with our experimentation leads, providing crucial technical insights and ensuring smooth hand-overs from the experimental phase to production. This collaborative effort is key to aligning technical execution with overarching product goals and business objectives.
• Working hand-in-hand with the Director of Engineering, you will contribute to the strategic direction of our product architecture. This involves designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality backend services that form the bedrock of our product offerings, ensuring they are built for long-term scalability and performance.
• Your responsibilities extend to upholding the highest standards of quality assurance. This encompasses rigorous testing, thorough code reviews, and unwavering adherence to established software engineering best practices. You will be a champion for clean, efficient code and comprehensive documentation, ensuring that logic is clear and maintainable for future development and troubleshooting.
• This role demands a proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to continuous improvement. You will be expected to identify potential challenges early, propose effective solutions, and contribute to a culture of technical excellence within the team.

🎯 Requirements

• Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal, enabling effective collaboration with international teams and clients.
• Proven professional experience as a Backend or Full Stack Engineer, with a demonstrable track record of building and deploying production-grade applications. Purely frontend profiles will not be considered.
• Mandatory and demonstrable experience with WhatsApp API integrations in previous professional projects, showcasing a deep understanding of its functionalities and implementation.
• Strong proficiency in building and deploying production-grade applications, with a primary focus on maintainability, scalability, and performance.
• Ability to write clean, efficient, and well-documented code, ensuring clarity and long-term maintainability for complex logic.
• A collaborative and proactive mindset, with the ability to thrive in a high-growth, fast-paced, and dynamic startup environment.
