- • Build end-to-end AI-native product features that enable persistent, goal-driven workflows beyond traditional chat interfaces
- • Design agent workflows that handle multi-step planning, tool usage, failure detection, and autonomous recovery across sessions
- • Integrate LLMs (OpenAI, Anthropic, open-source), memory systems, and external tools into reliable production-grade systems
- • Develop real-time AI interactions with streaming responses, partial results, and strict latency constraints to ensure responsive user experiences
- • Improve system reliability by implementing observability, fallback mechanisms, and robust error recovery for LLM and tool failures
- • Collaborate closely with ML, backend, and product teams to ship features from concept to production with full ownership
- • Continuously iterate on product features based on real-world usage patterns, failure modes, and user feedback
- • Design and implement scalable abstractions for integrating LLMs, state management, and external APIs into the product architecture
- • Optimize the success rate and consistency of AI-driven workflows through evaluation, monitoring, and iterative refinement
- • Develop frontend interfaces using Next.js that surface complex AI behaviors in intuitive, usable ways
- • Build and maintain backend services using Python and Node.js to support agent orchestration, tool execution, and session persistence
- • Deploy and manage infrastructure using Docker and Kubernetes to ensure scalable, resilient AI system operations
- • Work with both SQL and NoSQL databases to store user context, workflow state, and interaction history
- • Contribute to a product experience where AI feels proactive, consistent, and dependable over extended user interactions
- • Participate in collective decision-making within a high-talent-density team that values rapid iteration and high-quality execution
- • Execute independently with strong ownership, bringing ambiguous product ideas to production-grade solutions
- • Balance speed of delivery with system reliability, ensuring AI workflows remain functional under non-deterministic model behavior
- • Contribute to establishing engineering patterns for long-running AI agents that maintain context and complete real-world tasks

- • Strong experience in full stack engineering (frontend + backend)
- • Solid understanding of system design and API architecture
