- • Lead end-to-end implementation of Native-AI-powered ERP automation solutions for global enterprise clients, from requirement gathering to successful delivery and continuous improvement.
- • Translate complex client business processes into scalable, tailored automation solutions that align with their operational goals and maximize AI-driven efficiency.
- • Act as the primary client liaison, building trusted advisory relationships and ensuring clients realize measurable business value from BLP Digital’s automation platform.
- • Collaborate directly with engineering and product teams to identify technical constraints, propose system adaptations, and ensure seamless integration with existing ERP and enterprise systems.
- • Partner with sales to design customized implementation roadmaps that align with client needs, drive product adoption, and support upsell opportunities.
- • Collect, analyze, and synthesize client feedback to inform product enhancements and contribute to the long-term evolution of the platform.
- • Manage multiple client implementations simultaneously, maintaining strict timelines, milestones, and quality standards across diverse industries and geographies.
- • Ensure high customer satisfaction through proactive issue resolution, clear communication, and consistent delivery of project outcomes.
- • Conduct process mapping and workflow analysis to identify automation opportunities within finance, procurement, logistics, and sales operations.
- • Present findings, progress updates, and strategic recommendations to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, including C-level executives.
- • Participate in monthly in-person collaboration sessions at the Zurich HQ, with travel and accommodation fully supported by BLP Digital.
- • Maintain deep familiarity with BLP Digital’s AI-driven automation capabilities and stay current on emerging trends in ERP systems and enterprise AI.
- • Serve as a bridge between business process expertise and technical implementation, translating client needs into actionable technical requirements.
- • Drive process standardization and best practices across client engagements while accommodating unique organizational workflows.
- • Contribute to internal knowledge sharing, documentation, and training materials to strengthen team capabilities and client onboarding efficiency.
- • Embrace ambiguity and evolving priorities, adapting strategies dynamically to meet shifting client expectations and market demands.
- • Take full ownership of project success, from initial scoping through post-go-live support and optimization.
🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, Computer Science, or a similar field, or equivalent work experience
- • 2+ years of experience in consulting, technical implementation, process automation, or project management
- • Fluent in German and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills and confidence presenting to native-speaking clients
- • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously
- • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a systematic, evidence-based approach
- • Experience with ERP environments or AI-driven SaaS solutions is a definite plus
