• • As a Fund Operations Associate on the Echo team at Coinbase, you will be instrumental in supporting the Investment Manager team and ensuring the seamless execution of deals within the onchain private sales market. This pivotal role requires a deep understanding of operational processes, payment systems, legal frameworks, and compliance requirements, all while collaborating closely with engineering teams.
• • You will serve as the primary point of contact for group leads and project stakeholders, guiding them through the entire deal lifecycle. This includes meticulous management from the initial launch phase through to the final token claiming process, ensuring a high-quality and timely experience at every step.
• • A core responsibility will be to own and manage key operational processes throughout the deal lifecycle. This encompasses the preparation of essential documentation, the execution of payment operations, and the meticulous preparation for token generation events, ensuring all activities are compliant and efficient.
• • You will be responsible for the end-to-end management of legal documentation. This involves the preparation, review, and tracking of execution for various fund transactions, such as subscriptions, redemptions, and transfers. Furthermore, you will ensure the secure archival of all relevant legal documents, maintaining a robust and organized record-keeping system.
