• • As a Fund Operations Manager (m/f/d) at Bunch Technologies Inc., you will be instrumental in shaping the operational backbone of our rapidly growing private markets platform. This pivotal role is designed for a proactive and detail-oriented professional eager to make a significant impact on our go-to-market strategy within the fund administration sector. You will be the linchpin in ensuring seamless, secure, and efficient operations for our enterprise and fund clients, particularly in the complex post-onboarding phase.
• • Your primary responsibility will be to guarantee exceptional customer satisfaction throughout the onboarding journey and to serve as the primary point of contact for Account Managers once clients are established on our platform. This involves a deep understanding of client needs and a commitment to delivering outstanding service, fostering long-term relationships and trust.
• • You will meticulously coordinate all onboarding responsibilities for both enterprise and fund clients, ensuring that every deadline is met with precision and efficiency. This requires robust project management skills and the ability to navigate intricate processes, keeping multiple stakeholders informed and aligned.
• • A significant part of your role will involve the execution of complex post-close operations. This includes managing the intricacies of capital calls, facilitating distributions to investors, and overseeing the generation of recurring investor reports. Your diligence in these areas will be critical to maintaining the integrity and smooth functioning of our clients' investment entities.
• • You will actively collaborate with module owners across different teams to identify and implement process improvements. Taking ownership of projects aimed at enhancing the quality and speed of our service delivery will be a key aspect of your contribution, driving continuous optimization of our operational workflows.
• • In your initial priorities, you will directly support the onboarding of at least two significant fund migrations and two entirely new fund setups. This hands-on experience will provide you with a comprehensive understanding of our platform's capabilities and the challenges involved in transitioning clients.
• • You will be responsible for managing the end-to-end execution of critical processes for a Fund on our platform, including entity setup, Limited Partner (LP) onboarding, capital call execution, and reporting setup. This comprehensive involvement ensures a deep dive into the core functionalities of our service.
• • A crucial early step will be to thoroughly familiarize yourself with and effectively utilize all internal tools and systems. Proficiency in our technology stack is essential for efficient task management and problem-solving.
• • You will be expected to provide immediate suggestions for improvements to our onboarding and migration processes, leveraging your fresh perspective and operational expertise to enhance efficiency and client experience from day one.
