• • You will be instrumental in building and enhancing AI-enabled product features, taking them from initial prototype stages all the way to robust production deployment.
• • Collaborate closely with technical leads and contribute significantly to the delivery of impactful GenAI functionalities that empower revenue leaders worldwide.
• • This role is embedded within an end-to-end engineering team, where you will share ownership of build quality, release readiness, and the continuous improvement of our AI-driven product offerings.
• • Your responsibilities will span the full software development lifecycle, including the creation and maintenance of product features and their supporting backend components, such as services, integrations, and internal workflows.
• • You will be expected to write production-ready code, alongside lightweight prototypes, to rapidly validate innovative ideas and ensure swift iteration.
• • A key aspect of this role involves taking ownership of quality assurance, including writing automated tests and proactively fixing issues to maintain stable releases, as the team operates without a separate QA department.
• • You will actively support proof-of-concepts and experiments by setting up test cases, meticulously reviewing results, and identifying and implementing improvements in areas where quality can be enhanced.
• • Clear and comprehensive documentation of your work will be essential, ensuring that your solutions are maintainable, extendable, and easily understood by other team members.
• • You will translate complex business problems into well-defined AI tasks, and with guidance, implement end-to-end solutions that address these challenges effectively.
