This is a unique opportunity for a hands-on engineer who thrives on building, deploying, and iterating on cutting-edge AI models and applications that deliver tangible business value.
  • • In this pivotal role, you will be at the forefront of applying advanced AI techniques, particularly Generative AI, to solve real-world problems. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, data scientists, and business stakeholders, to understand intricate operational needs and translate them into actionable AI-driven strategies. Your expertise will be crucial in designing, developing, and implementing AI solutions that enhance efficiency, improve customer experiences, and unlock new capabilities within the contact center and BPO sectors.
  • • Your day-to-day responsibilities will encompass the entire AI development lifecycle. This includes researching and evaluating state-of-the-art GenAI models and techniques, such as Large Language Models (LLMs), transformer architectures, and diffusion models, to determine their applicability to specific business use cases. You will be responsible for data preprocessing, feature engineering, model training, fine-tuning, and rigorous evaluation to ensure optimal performance and accuracy.
  • • A significant part of your role will involve deploying these AI models into production environments, ensuring scalability, reliability, and maintainability. This requires a strong understanding of MLOps principles, CI/CD pipelines for AI, and cloud-based infrastructure. 🎯 Requirements

  • • Proven experience in developing and deploying machine learning models, with a strong emphasis on Generative AI techniques (e.g., LLMs, transformers, diffusion models).
  • • Proficiency in Python and common AI/ML libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn, Hugging Face Transformers.
  • • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and their associated AI/ML services (e.g., SageMaker, Azure ML, Vertex AI).
  • • Solid understanding of MLOps principles and tools for CI/CD, model monitoring, and lifecycle management.
