General Manager, Global NOC/SOC Operations

📋 Description

• • The General Manager, Global NOC/SOC Operations will build and lead Vultr’s global Network Operations Center and Security Operations Center from the ground up, establishing Chennai as the primary global operations hub to support mission-critical cloud infrastructure services.
• • Day-to-day responsibilities include designing and scaling a 24x7 global operating model, building and leading the NOC/SOC organization, establishing incident management frameworks, leading major incident command, driving operational excellence, selecting and implementing monitoring and security tools, partnering cross-functionally with engineering and infrastructure teams, acting as executive escalation point during crises, ensuring compliance with enterprise standards, owning service availability commitments, building executive reporting, and driving automation to improve scalability.
• • The role is based in Chennai and reports to Vultr’s leadership, working closely with engineering, security, infrastructure, product, and data center teams to ensure reliable, secure, and scalable cloud services for global customers.
