This role is pivotal in ensuring the smooth and accurate execution of critical treasury and financial operations. You will be instrumental in maintaining the integrity of our financial data, supporting our institutional partnerships, and contributing to the automation of key processes. • • As a General Process professional, your responsibilities will encompass a wide range of essential tasks that underpin our financial stability and operational efficiency. You will be entrusted with the daily reconciliation of bank statements for our cash accounts held with deposit partners, ensuring that all transactions are accurately recorded and accounted for. This meticulous process is fundamental to maintaining financial transparency and control. Furthermore, you will be responsible for reconciling all interest receipts and bank charges, verifying their accuracy against our records for both corporate and client accounts. This ensures that our financial statements reflect the true cost of banking services and the income generated from interest.
• • Your role will also involve actively assisting with foreign exchange (FX) payments and diligently inputting vendor payments into our banking portals for approval. This requires a keen eye for detail and an understanding of payment processes. A significant aspect of your contribution will be the coordination of margin payments, particularly during high-volume trading days. This involves ensuring that all necessary margin calls are met promptly and efficiently to maintain our operational stability. You will actively monitor incoming receipts for margin calls, ensuring that our operational buffers are consistently maintained at optimal levels to mitigate risk.
• • Moreover, you will manage the administrative intricacies associated with the withdrawal of excess margins, ensuring that these processes are handled with precision and in compliance with regulatory requirements. A key component of this role involves acting as a liaison with our institutional partners. You will support the management of collateral funding and credit lines with external counterparties, fostering strong relationships and ensuring that our financial agreements are upheld. This includes reconciling invoices received from these partners against our internal trade data to validate service costs, ensuring financial accuracy and preventing discrepancies.
