  • • Manage the full B2B sales cycle for premium custom signage solutions, from inbound lead handling to closing deals with business clients across Europe
  • • Consult with clients to understand their brand, space, and functional requirements, then recommend tailored signage solutions that align with their needs
  • • Build and maintain long-term client relationships to drive repeat business and customer loyalty
  • • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM system to track pipeline, deal stages, and client interactions
  • • Collaborate closely with internal design and production teams to ensure client expectations are clearly communicated and met from the outset
  • • Focus exclusively on client acquisition and relationship management, as design and production are handled by dedicated internal teams
  • • Work in a structured sales environment with established processes, supported by ongoing training and mentorship
  • • Operate from either the Berlin or Warsaw office with hybrid flexibility, balancing in-office collaboration with remote work
  • • Engage with a diverse range of clients across retail, hospitality, luxury, and tech sectors, each requiring customized signage solutions
  • • Contribute to a growing sales team in a company that has steadily expanded over the past decade and promotes internally
  • • Communicate clearly and consistently in native-level German with clients and in good English with internal teams
  • • Take full ownership of your pipeline and sales outcomes, demonstrating reliability, follow-through, and proactive client engagement
  • • Learn the technical aspects of custom signage products through provided training, without requiring prior industry experience
  • • Participate in a collaborative, international team culture that values professionalism, consistency, and career development
  • • Operate within a stable, established business with a proven product offering and a loyal client base that returns for quality and service
  • • Adapt to a hybrid work model based in either Berlin or Warsaw, with flexibility to balance office presence and remote work
