- • As a GFCO L&D Specialist in Hyderabad, India, you will play a pivotal role within the CX Compliance L&D team, which provides comprehensive learning services and management for all first-line of defense compliance processes. This includes critical areas such as Transaction Monitoring, Enhanced Due Diligence (EDD), Screening, and Complaints.
- • Your primary responsibility will be to support and enhance the Compliance EDD training program. This involves the entire lifecycle of training development and delivery, from conceptualization and design to content creation, ongoing deployment, maintenance, and rigorous evaluation of program effectiveness.
- • You will be instrumental in translating the strategic vision of the EDD team into tangible learning solutions that empower our employees and ensure robust compliance practices.
- • A key aspect of your role will be to design and develop engaging and effective training content. This could range from e-learning modules and instructor-led training materials to comprehensive documentation for new hire onboarding and cross-skilling initiatives.
- • You will be responsible for the ongoing deployment and maintenance of these training programs, ensuring they remain up-to-date, relevant, and accessible to all relevant stakeholders.
- • Measuring the success of your training programs is crucial. You will be tasked with pulling and analyzing key metrics to assess program impact, identify areas for improvement, and demonstrate the value of L&D initiatives.
- • Soliciting and incorporating feedback from learners and stakeholders will be a continuous process, ensuring that our training evolves to meet the dynamic needs of the compliance landscape.
- • You will collaborate closely with the Compliance L&D Lead to support the broader L&D book of work and contribute to priority initiatives that drive organizational learning and development.
- • This role requires a proactive approach to supporting ad hoc projects and initiatives that arise within the Compliance training team, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to contribute where needed.
- • Ensuring that all training programs are meticulously aligned with current and evolving regulatory and legal requirements is paramount. This includes staying abreast of changes in areas like Transaction Monitoring, Sanctions, Anti-Money Laundering (AML), and data privacy.
- • You will be responsible for maintaining a diverse array of training program assets. This includes, but is not limited to, e-learning courses, facilitator guides for instructor-led sessions, documentation and trackers for nesting processes, and comprehensive training calendars.
- • Effective collaboration is key to success. You will work cross-functionally with multiple internal teams, including Workforce Management, Vendor Management, Operations, and other Compliance departments, to gather feedback, secure necessary sign-offs, and ensure smooth training deployments.
- • The ability to manage multiple projects and deployments simultaneously is essential. You will own all aspects of resource coordination, timeline management, deliverable tracking, and goal achievement for each initiative.
- • You will leverage a suite of industry-standard tools to perform your duties, including Articulate for e-learning development, Docebo for Learning Management System (LMS) administration, Jira for project tracking, Looker for data analysis, Slack for communication, and Gsuite products for general productivity.

🎯 Requirements
- • Minimum of 2 years of formal experience in Learning and Development (L&D), encompassing instructional design and end-to-end training project management, preferably within AML, Fraud, or other Compliance-related domains.
- • Hands-on experience utilizing eLearning authoring tools such as Articulate 360 and the Adobe Suite for the design and delivery of high-quality training resources.
- • Proficiency in managing Learning Management Systems (LMS), such as Docebo, for the administration, maintenance, and deployment of training programs.
- • A proven track record of successfully managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders, consistently delivering high-quality results within established deadlines.
- • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a demonstrated ability to effectively engage, influence, and collaborate with stakeholders across all organizational levels.
- • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with the ability to accurately identify training needs, rigorously evaluate training effectiveness, and formulate actionable recommendations for improvement.
- • Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and collaboratively as part of a team, exhibiting a high degree of self-motivation, accountability, and initiative.
- • Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with a proven capacity to prioritize tasks effectively and manage competing deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- • Experience working with outsourced partners for training deployment and performance management on a global scale.
- • Flexibility to travel to Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) offices domestically, as required.
- • Experience working in the crypto industry (Nice-to-have).
