- • Kpler is at the forefront of transforming the commodities, energy, and maritime markets by providing unparalleled data intelligence and analytical solutions. Since our inception in 2014, we have rapidly grown into a global leader, empowering over 1,000 clients worldwide to navigate complex market dynamics with confidence. Our mission is to simplify global trade information, making it accessible and actionable for businesses of all sizes. We achieve this through a combination of cutting-edge technology, a vast network of over 700 experts spanning more than 35 countries, and a relentless commitment to client success.
- • As a Global Account Manager based in Dubai, you will play a pivotal role in driving Kpler's growth within the Middle East region, specifically focusing on our esteemed NOC (National Oil Company) book of business. This is an exceptional opportunity for a driven and ambitious sales professional to champion a truly disruptive technology solution in a high-stakes market. You will be instrumental in not only acquiring new clients but also in nurturing and expanding our existing relationships, ensuring long-term partnerships and sustained revenue growth.
- • Your primary responsibility will be to manage and grow a portfolio of key accounts within the NOC sector. This involves understanding the unique challenges and opportunities faced by these organizations and demonstrating how Kpler's innovative platform can provide them with a critical competitive advantage. You will be expected to develop a deep understanding of their business objectives, operational workflows, and strategic priorities to effectively position Kpler's solutions.
- • A significant part of your role will involve proactive client engagement. This means building strong, trust-based relationships with key stakeholders, from end-users to C-suite executives. You will conduct regular business reviews, identify new needs and pain points, and proactively propose tailored solutions that address these evolving requirements. Your ability to listen, empathize, and provide strategic guidance will be crucial in fostering client loyalty.
- • Revenue generation will be a core metric of your success. You will be responsible for achieving and exceeding sales targets through a combination of retaining existing business, identifying and closing upsell opportunities (selling more of our existing products to current clients), and cross-selling opportunities (introducing new Kpler products and services to existing clients). This requires a strategic approach to account planning, pipeline management, and deal negotiation.
- • You will act as the primary point of contact for your assigned accounts, coordinating with internal Kpler teams – including sales engineers, product specialists, and customer success managers – to ensure seamless service delivery and exceptional client experiences. Your ability to collaborate effectively across departments will be key to resolving client issues, facilitating product adoption, and maximizing client satisfaction.
- • The role demands a proactive and entrepreneurial mindset. You will be expected to identify new market trends, competitive threats, and emerging opportunities within the Middle East commodities sector. This intelligence will inform your account strategies and contribute to Kpler's overall market positioning and product development.
- • You will be responsible for forecasting sales, managing your sales pipeline accurately within our CRM system, and providing regular reports on account status, sales performance, and market insights to senior management. This requires meticulous attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- • Ultimately, you will be an ambassador for Kpler, embodying our values of innovation, integrity, and client-centricity. You will contribute to Kpler's reputation as a trusted partner and thought leader in the global commodities intelligence space. This role offers a unique chance to make a tangible impact on a rapidly growing company and to build a successful career in a dynamic and rewarding industry.
- • We are looking for individuals who are not just looking for a job, but a career where they can make a significant difference. If you are passionate about technology, driven by sales success, and eager to contribute to a global team that is shaping the future of commodity markets, we encourage you to apply.
🎯 Requirements
- • Proven track record of success in B2B sales, particularly within the technology, data, or financial services sectors, with a strong preference for experience in commodities, energy, or maritime markets.
- • Demonstrated ability to manage and grow a portfolio of complex accounts, including experience with National Oil Companies (NOCs) or similar large, sophisticated organizations.
- • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex value propositions to diverse audiences, from technical users to senior executives.
- • Strong understanding of sales methodologies, pipeline management, and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce).
- • Fluency in English is essential; proficiency in Arabic is a significant advantage.
🏖️ Benefits
- • Competitive salary and uncapped commission structure designed to reward high performance.
- • Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance plans.
- • Generous paid time off and company holidays.
- • Opportunities for professional development and continuous learning, including access to industry conferences and training programs.
- • A dynamic and collaborative international work environment with a diverse team.
- • The chance to be part of a rapidly growing company at the forefront of market intelligence innovation.
