• • As a Global Benefits Advisor at Safeguard Global, Inc., you will play a pivotal role in shaping and managing comprehensive benefits programs for our diverse international clientele. • • Your core responsibility will be to deliver end-to-end pension administration services, meticulously handling all aspects of employee lifecycle events such as joiners, leavers, retirements, transfers, and other significant life events. This includes the precise management of pension schedules and reconciliations for both Defined Benefit (DB) and Defined Contribution (DC) schemes, ensuring accuracy and compliance at every step.
• • You will act as a key liaison, partnering closely with internal HR and Payroll departments, as well as external pension providers and trustees. This collaborative approach is essential for ensuring the smooth, compliant, and efficient operation of pension schemes, fostering strong working relationships built on trust and shared objectives.
• • A significant part of your role will involve supporting critical annual pension activities. This includes the timely and accurate generation of employee statements, facilitating audits, managing revaluations, and preparing comprehensive trustee reports.
