- • Esko, a Veralto company, is seeking a Global Customer Success Manager to lead the post-sale customer journey for strategic global accounts. This pivotal role ensures customers maximize value from Esko's integrated software and hardware solutions, driving adoption, retention, and overall customer satisfaction. - • As a Global Customer Success Manager, your day-to-day responsibilities will be dynamic and impactful. You will own the entire post-sale customer lifecycle, from initial onboarding through to sustained adoption and long-term retention. A key aspect of your role will involve leading Executive Business Reviews (EBRs) and Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) with senior stakeholders, presenting insights and strategic recommendations. You will be instrumental in building and executing outcome-based Success Plans tailored to each global account's unique objectives, ensuring alignment with measurable Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). Proactively monitoring customer health, identifying potential risks, and implementing mitigation strategies will be crucial to maintaining strong customer relationships. Furthermore, you will collaborate closely with internal teams, including Sales, Services, Support, and Product Development, to ensure a seamless customer experience. Your role will also involve acting as the voice of the customer, elevating feedback and insights into product and roadmap discussions to drive continuous improvement and innovation.
