📋 Description

• • The Global Key Account Project Manager, West serves as the operational engine of the account team, responsible for the daily execution of the account plan and ensuring global alignment across the Americas, Sweden (Lund), and other head regions. This role solves communication gaps and supports the Global Account Manager in aligning regional KAM-ECs and their operational teams to execute global projects with precision.
• • Day to day, the role manages forecasting data and High Volume Orders (HVO), tracks Wanted Deliver Dates, owns the customer’s Approved Model List (AML), monitors product lifecycles (EOL/EOS) and cybersecurity updates (CVEs), coordinates with Field Sales Engineering (FSE) and Global Sales Engineering (GSE) teams, manages global loaner equipment budgets, checks Bills of Materials (BOMs) for accuracy, serves as the central link to Lund for compliance documentation, and ensures cross-regional knowledge sharing of technical solutions and project wins.
