  • • Own global sales enablement programs end to end, including defining program hypotheses, developing content, executing activation plans, and evolving initiatives based on data and field feedback
  • • Design structured, scalable enablement programs with clear learning objectives, audience segmentation, activation strategies, and measurable success metrics that extend beyond one-off training sessions
  • • Partner cross-functionally with Global Enablement Managers, Sales Operations, Learning & Development, Product Marketing, and Profit Center leadership to align priorities and drive adoption across four profit centers
  • • Adapt and localize global enablement programs for the German-speaking market (GSAA), including translating materials and conducting live coaching sessions in German
  • • Provide hands-on coaching to German-speaking sales teams through call reviews, deal coaching, and skill-building exercises with individual reps and front-line managers
  • • Measure and report the impact of enablement initiatives on key commercial metrics including ramp time, win rate, deal velocity, content usage, and revenue influence
  • • Ensure all enablement activities are tied to tangible business outcomes and maintain accountability through data-driven reporting and continuous improvement cycles
  • • Leverage Salesforce and modern enablement platforms to deliver, track, and optimize sales enablement content and workflows
  • • Collaborate with global teams to ensure consistency in messaging, methodology, and execution while accommodating regional nuances in sales processes and customer engagement
  • • Translate complex sales methodologies into practical, actionable tools and resources that improve frontline performance and drive revenue growth
  • • Maintain a deep understanding of Statista’s product offerings, customer segments, and sales cycles to tailor enablement content to real-world selling scenarios
  • • Facilitate engaging, culturally aware learning experiences for diverse, multinational sales teams across different time zones and seniority levels
  • • Act as a trusted advisor to sales leadership by providing insights derived from enablement data and field feedback to inform strategy and resource allocation
  • • Continuously refine enablement content and delivery methods based on performance analytics, user feedback, and evolving sales priorities
  • • Support the integration of new sales tools and technologies into the enablement ecosystem to enhance adoption and effectiveness
  • • Contribute to the global enablement strategy by sharing best practices, scaling successful programs, and identifying opportunities for innovation across regions

🎯 Requirements

  • • 3+ years of experience in Sales Enablement, Sales Training, or Revenue Enablement in a B2B environment
  • • Fluent in German and English
  • • Proven experience designing and delivering selling-skills or performance programs linked to manager coaching rhythms
  • • Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce and modern enablement tooling
  • • Demonstrated ability to influence senior stakeholders without direct authority in a matrix organization
  • • Analytical, data-driven mindset with a track record of tying enablement activities to commercial outcomes
