📋 Description
- • Conduct full-cycle recruitment for global clients across tech and non-tech roles, from sourcing to offer negotiation and onboarding.
- • Proactively source and engage passive candidates using advanced techniques including LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean search strings to build robust talent pipelines.
- • Manage and maintain accurate candidate data within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), ensuring end-to-end pipeline integrity and reporting accuracy.
- • Screen, interview, and assess candidates using structured evaluation methods to determine both technical qualifications and cultural alignment with client organizations.
- • Collaborate with hiring managers across diverse industries to understand role requirements, define ideal candidate profiles, and align recruitment strategy with business goals.
- • Navigate complex hiring needs for C-level and senior leadership positions, applying tailored approaches to attract top-tier global talent.
- • Maintain high-volume recruitment workflows in a fast-paced environment, balancing multiple open roles with competing priorities and tight deadlines.
- • Leverage data-driven insights from ATS metrics to optimize sourcing strategies, reduce time-to-hire, and improve candidate conversion rates.
- • Build and nurture long-term relationships with candidates and hiring stakeholders to enhance employer branding and candidate experience.
- • Adapt recruitment tactics to suit varying cultural and regional hiring norms across international client markets.
- • Stay current with evolving talent market trends, recruitment technologies, and compliance standards in global hiring practices.
- • Participate in internal initiatives to refine recruitment processes, share best practices, and contribute to team knowledge development.

🎯 Requirements
- • 4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience
- • Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting using various interview techniques and evaluation methods
- • Strong proficiency in English (Upper-Intermediate+) for both written and verbal communication
- • Experience with C-level, tech and non-tech roles
- • Expert use of LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean Search methods, and ATS
- • Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously
