📋 Description

• Own end-to-end responsibility for driving adoption and revenue growth of Savvy’s investment management products across new and existing financial advisor customers.
• Deploy AI-assisted experimentation across the entire customer funnel to optimize conversion rates, unit economics, and profitability of the investment product line.
• Build and maintain a data-driven business model that tracks key metrics including adoption rates, customer lifetime value, churn, and operational bottlenecks using analytics and AI-generated insights.
• Partner with the Investment Team to translate complex investment offerings into clear, compelling go-to-market strategies that align with advisor needs and business goals.
• Drive cross-functional execution across Product, Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Engineering teams without formal authority, securing buy-in and alignment to achieve shared objectives.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to prioritize roadmap decisions that unlock automation opportunities, reduce manual workflows, and accelerate product scalability.
• Work with Sales and Marketing to develop enablement materials, refine messaging, and improve conversion rates through targeted campaigns and advisor-facing tools.
• Test, learn, and iterate rapidly on positioning, pricing, onboarding, sales motions, and customer enablement using AI to accelerate testing cycles and surface actionable insights.
• Gather and synthesize feedback from financial advisors, sales teams, and operations staff to inform strategic adjustments and product improvements.
• Make data-driven decisions on where to double down on high-performing initiatives and where to cut underperforming efforts to maximize ROI.
• Build repeatable, scalable playbooks and agentic workflows that enable growth without linear increases in headcount.
• Translate ambiguous strategic mandates into concrete execution plans with clear milestones, timelines, and success metrics.
• Communicate progress, challenges, and learnings clearly and frequently to leadership with data-backed narratives.
• Identify and eliminate operational blockers through automation, AI tooling, or process redesign to improve efficiency and reduce friction in advisor onboarding and service delivery.
• Scale proven growth initiatives without compromising quality, consistency, or customer experience as the business expands rapidly.
• Maintain deep familiarity with Savvy’s AI-powered platform capabilities and leverage them to enhance advisor productivity and client outcomes.
• Operate with extreme ownership, urgency, and accountability—acting decisively without waiting for perfect information or explicit permission.
• Stay ahead of industry trends in wealth management, B2B SaaS, and AI-driven financial services to inform product and go-to-market strategy.

🎯 Requirements

• 5-8+ years of experience in product management, general management, or strategy & operations roles with demonstrated P&L or metric ownership
• Proven track record of taking a product or business line from 0 → 1 or accelerating growth of a high-potential business
• Experience driving outcomes in cross-functional environments where you didn't have formal authority over all required teams
• Strong commercial instincts, understanding of what drives sales, adoption, and customer behavior
• Comfortable with data and analytics; use numbers to diagnose problems and measure progress
• Demonstrated ability to leverage AI tools to 10x productivity and build agentic workflows that operate autonomously
• High ownership, urgency, and accountability; don't wait for perfect information or explicit permission
