- • As a GPO Implementation Specialist CoC at Premier Inc., you will be the linchpin in ensuring the successful onboarding and integration of new continuum of care customers. Your primary mission is to facilitate seamless connections between these customers, their designated distributors or wholesalers, and all relevant vendors, consistently meeting and exceeding customer expectations and supporting the field sales team's objectives.
- • This role demands exceptional versatility and a collaborative spirit, requiring you to work in close partnership with Premier's sales teams, channel partners, contracted distributors and wholesalers, and contracted suppliers. You will also collaborate extensively with various internal Continuum of Care support teams, including pharmacy analysts, contract analysts, the data analytics team, and supplier contract connection teams.
- • A significant aspect of your role will involve managing contract tracking, actively engaging with suppliers for contract onboarding, analyzing data to identify opportunities, providing member communications and support, meticulously monitoring project deliverables, facilitating the connection of distribution pricing, documenting cost savings, and cultivating strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders throughout the entire implementation lifecycle.
- • You will serve as the central point of communication, providing real-time status updates on all new customer implementation or conversion projects to all stakeholders, including the members themselves. This involves meticulously tracking project outcomes and disseminating this information to the relevant parties.
- • A deep understanding of each customer's unique supply chain operations and procedures will be crucial. You will leverage this knowledge to adapt Premier's internal processes, ensuring efficient and effective project completion tailored to individual customer needs.
- • Acting as the 'air traffic controller' for new implementations and conversions, you will ensure timely and complete communication of progress, defining project completion based on the members' stated expectations.
- • Beyond new implementations, you will also engage with existing member contract connections. This includes identifying and pursuing opportunities arising from site expansions, renewal agreements, and audits conducted by distributors/wholesalers.
- • You will proactively contact members directly to gather necessary paperwork and information required to establish or update agreements, working collaboratively with sales and marketing teams to secure any missing contact details or documentation.

🎯 Requirements
