- • Graphic Design Associate, Global Marketing at IJM Corporation supports the Global Marketing team by creating visual assets that advance the organization’s mission to protect vulnerable people from violence worldwide.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include supporting creative concept development, producing print and digital design assets (flyers, posters, social media, event materials), collaborating with cross-functional teams, implementing feedback, staying current on design trends, and communicating project progress via Teamwork, MS Teams, or email.
- • IJM is a global Christian organization with over 1,200 professionals in 30+ offices, dedicated to justice, professional excellence, and spiritual formation, where work is viewed as both a mission and an act of faith.
- • In this role, the associate will grow their skills in brand-aligned design, cross-functional collaboration, and creative strategy while contributing to high-impact campaigns that reach global audiences and support IJM’s goal to protect 500 million people from violence.
🎯 Requirements
- • 2+ years of agency or in-house experience as a graphic designer
- • BA/BS degree in Graphic Design or other relevant art degree
- • Branding and digital creative experience
- • Eager commitment to IJM’s Core Values: Christian, Professional and Bridge-Building
- • Strong interpersonal skills and self-awareness
- • Exceptional verbal and written communication
