- • Own the visual identity that introduces Atticus to people in crisis. You will translate complex legal and medical concepts into clear, compassionate, and conversion-focused creative across paid social, email, and landing pages—touching more than 110,000 lives (and counting).
- • Design scroll-stopping static and motion ads for Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and emerging channels. You’ll balance regulatory compliance with breakthrough creativity, testing dozens of variants per week and iterating toward the highest ROAS our Growth team has ever seen.
- • Build end-to-end email journeys—from first-touch welcome flows to high-stakes application reminders—that feel personal, trustworthy, and urgent. You’ll partner with Lifecycle Marketing to map user psychology and craft visuals that lift open rates, click-throughs, and ultimately the number of people who receive life-changing aid.
- • Concept and execute high-converting landing pages that seamlessly match every ad or email. You’ll wireframe in Figma, design in whatever tool you love, and hand off pixel-perfect files to our Webflow developer, ensuring every headline, testimonial, and CTA is optimized for accessibility and speed.
- • Establish and evolve Atticus’ brand system. You’ll maintain a living style guide, expand our illustration and icon libraries, and champion consistency across 50+ concurrent campaigns while still leaving room for bold, experimental creative that sets us apart in a crowded legal-tech space.
- • Collaborate daily with the Head of Creative, Growth Marketing, Product, and Legal Compliance teams. You’ll present data-backed creative insights in Monday stand-ups, run rapid A/B brainstorms, and ship new assets within 48 hours when a policy change or news event shifts the landscape overnight.
- • Mentor junior freelancers and future design hires. As we scale from 151 to 200+ teammates in 2025, you’ll help interview, onboard, and coach new creatives—instilling the Atticus ethos that every pixel must serve people in crisis first and our KPIs second.
- • Measure what matters. You’ll pair with our Analytics team to tag creative, read performance dashboards, and translate numbers into human stories—then feed those learnings back into the next sprint so our visuals keep getting sharper, kinder, and more effective.
- • Travel to Los Angeles (fully covered) 2–4 times per year for creative sprints, brand summits, and all-hands retreats. These in-person moments are where we whiteboard wild ideas, film new testimonials, and celebrate the thousands of clients whose lives were changed by your designs.
