📋 Description

• Graphic Designer role focused on creating social-first, platform-native creative for TikTok, Instagram, X, Threads, LinkedIn, and YouTube Shorts, helping global brands stay culturally relevant through timely, meme-driven, and trend-responsive visual storytelling.
• Day-to-day responsibilities include designing static posts, carousels, stories, and reactive assets; translating social insights and cultural moments into compelling visuals; collaborating with creative, strategy, copy, community, and account teams; contributing to brainstorms, campaign launches, content calendars, and pitch decks; ensuring creative quality and platform consistency; and staying current on internet culture, creator trends, and emerging formats.
• The role is with TrueLogic Company, a leading nearshore staff augmentation provider headquartered in New York with 600+ tech professionals across Latin America, partnering with U.S. companies on digital transformation projects. The designer will work with an award-winning creative and social media agency client that specializes in authentic, culture-participating campaigns for global brands.
• The designer will deepen expertise in social-native design, meme culture, and real-time content creation; build a strong portfolio of platform-optimized work; enhance collaboration with cross-functional teams; gain exposure to high-impact campaigns for Fortune 500 and scaling startups; and grow professionally within a diverse, global network of skilled professionals while enjoying autonomy and career development opportunities.

🎯 Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience in graphic design within a creative agency, social agency, media company, design studio, or in-house brand team
• Strong portfolio demonstrating social-first campaigns, organic social content, meme-driven creative, trend participation, and platform-native design
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop and Illustrator
• Deep understanding of internet culture, meme formats, social trends, and creator ecosystems
• Strong typography, composition, layout, and visual storytelling skills
• Ability to work quickly, manage multiple projects, and thrive in a fast-paced environment with strong communication and collaboration skills
