- • Design clean, modern visual assets for websites, landing pages, and digital marketing campaigns aligned with brand guidelines
- • Create and maintain scalable design files, components, and layouts using Figma for team collaboration and consistency
- • Translate approved design concepts into basic web-ready implementations using HTML and CSS, including light front-end updates
- • Support ongoing website updates, page builds, and minor UI enhancements in close collaboration with engineering teams
- • Leverage AI-powered design tools (e.g., Midjourney, DALL·E, Adobe Firefly, ChatGPT) to accelerate ideation, asset generation, and iteration cycles
- • Ensure visual consistency and brand integrity across all digital touchpoints, including email campaigns, social media, and web interfaces
- • Participate in asynchronous design reviews, incorporate feedback efficiently, and iterate on deliverables based on cross-functional input
- • Collaborate remotely with product, marketing, and engineering teams across US time zones (EST–PST), using tools like Slack, Zoom, Google Workspace, and Asana
- • Manage multiple design tasks independently in a fully remote environment while meeting deadlines without direct supervision
- • Apply responsive design principles to ensure optimal visual experience across mobile, tablet, and desktop devices
- • Maintain organized design systems with clear naming conventions, layers, and documentation for seamless handoff and reuse
- • Utilize Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) or equivalent tools to prepare and optimize raster and vector assets for digital deployment
- • Contribute to the evolution of digital design standards by identifying opportunities to streamline workflows using AI and automation
- • Adapt quickly to shifting priorities and tight timelines common in fast-growing global companies
- • Communicate design rationale clearly and professionally to non-design stakeholders, bridging creative and technical perspectives
- • Maintain awareness of emerging design trends and tools while ensuring all outputs remain aligned with company brand and usability standards
🎯 Requirements
- • 1–3 years of professional experience in graphic or digital design
- • Demonstrable experience designing for the web (UI layouts, responsive design, digital assets)
- • Working knowledge of Figma for design, prototyping, and collaboration
- • Basic web development skills, including HTML and CSS, with an understanding of how designs are implemented on the web
- • Practical experience using AI tools in a design or creative workflow (e.g., AI image generation, layout assistance, content or asset enhancement)
- • Non-negotiable: Prior experience working in a fully remote role with strong fluency in remote collaboration tools; must have previously worked with US or UK-based companies
