- • Graphic Designer role at Howly, a multi-product company within venture builder Skelar AS, focused on building global consumer services in EdTech, Mental Health, Petcare, FashionTech and more.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include creating a cohesive graphic ecosystem for digital products—designing mascots, visual content for websites and apps, interface banners, social media visuals, and supporting tasks like presentation formatting and corporate merch.
- • Howly operates as a fast-moving, low-bureaucracy startup with global users and proven processes, having launched 4 products and grown to 200+ employees in 4+ years, backed by Skelar’s venture-builder infrastructure and innovation culture.
- • The designer will gain ownership over visual identity, work with AI tools for image/video generation, contribute to impactful products used by 10+ million people globally, and grow within a culture of autonomy, feedback, and continuous learning.
🎯 Requirements
- • 1+ year of experience as a graphic designer
- • Strong sense of composition, typography, hierarchy, and color
- • Experience creating visuals for content (blogs, longreads, landing pages) and social media
- • Understanding of digital formats: sizes, safe zones, adaptation across platforms
- • Ability to work with text: highlight key messages, visually structure content
- • Ability to work with feedback and iterate quickly
- • Independence in executing tasks from idea to final file
- • Ability to work with AI tools for generating images and video
- • Basic understanding of print (bleeds, CMYK, cut lines)
- • Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop
