- • Design static and motion-based creative assets for marketing campaigns, social media, web, and paid advertisements across Southeast Asia.
- • Translate creative briefs into bold, clean, and conversion-focused visuals that align with BJAK’s brand identity.
- • Utilize AI tools such as Midjourney, DALL·E, or Runway to support ideation, concept development, and production of visual content.
- • Collaborate remotely with content, video, product, and performance marketing teams to ensure cohesive and strategic design execution.
- • Adapt and optimize visual assets based on performance data, user feedback, and campaign outcomes.
- • Maintain strict visual consistency across all digital and marketing touchpoints, including banners, icons, infographics, and video thumbnails.
- • Support product and growth initiatives by creating visuals that clearly communicate value propositions and drive user engagement.
- • Produce short-form video content and motion graphics optimized for platforms like Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts.
- • Manage and update brand libraries, templates, and design systems to ensure scalability and efficiency across campaigns.
- • Work independently under tight deadlines while maintaining high standards of quality and brand alignment.
- • Stay current with emerging design trends, motion techniques, and AI-powered creative workflows to continuously improve output.
- • Take ownership of design projects from concept to delivery, pushing beyond “good enough” to deliver high-impact results.
- • Balance aesthetic precision with business objectives, ensuring every visual serves a strategic purpose in driving conversions and brand recognition.
- • Contribute to the evolution of BJAK’s visual language by proposing innovative design solutions grounded in data and user behavior.
🎯 Requirements
- • 2–4 years of experience in graphic design, motion design, or creative content roles
- • A strong portfolio showcasing visual clarity, execution, and storytelling
- • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and motion/video tools such as After Effects or Premiere Pro
- • Interest or experience using AI tools for design concepting and production
- • Solid understanding of layout, composition, and brand consistency
- • Ability to work remotely, move quickly, and deliver under tight timelines
