📋 Description

• Create hand-drawn custom artwork and convert it into clean, production-ready digital assets using Adobe Illustrator
• Develop high-fidelity mockups for branded merchandise including apparel, drinkware, bags, pens, and other promotional products
• Adapt design concepts to meet technical constraints such as product sizing, color limitations, embroidery capabilities, and printing methods
• Prepare final artwork files that meet strict production specifications for manufacturing and decoration teams
• Collaborate remotely with a small, fast-moving team through messaging and file-sharing platforms to incorporate feedback and revisions
• Independently execute design concepts with minimal supervision, delivering polished visuals on tight deadlines
• Streamline and improve existing creative workflows to reduce turnaround time and increase efficiency across the design pipeline
• Maintain consistent brand alignment across all merchandise designs while applying creative interpretation to client concepts
• Translate client briefs and marketing goals into visually compelling product designs that enhance brand identity
• Ensure all deliverables are organized, properly named, and formatted for seamless handoff to production teams
• Work within US business hours to enable real-time collaboration with U.S.-based stakeholders
• Receive and apply feedback from design leads and product managers to refine artwork for accuracy and aesthetic quality
• Proactively identify opportunities to optimize design processes without compromising creative quality
• Maintain a high standard of detail in every deliverable, ensuring no design element is overlooked before file submission
• Balance creative freedom with strict production boundaries to deliver functional, market-ready merchandise designs
• Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement by suggesting workflow enhancements based on hands-on experience

🎯 Requirements

• 3–5 years of graphic design experience
• Strong hand-drawing and illustration skills
• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator
• Experience creating product mockups for branded merchandise or apparel
• Understanding of print, sizing, color, and decoration limitations across different products
• Ability to follow creative direction while working independently
