- • Create engaging motion graphics and video content optimized for digital marketing platforms including Facebook, Google, TikTok, and other social channels.
- • Develop storytelling-driven visual assets with strong pacing, animation, and design fundamentals aligned with brand guidelines.
- • Design transitions, animated typography, simple visual effects, and compositing elements for high-impact marketing campaigns.
- • Collaborate with marketing team members, video producers, and designers to translate creative concepts into finalized video assets.
- • Revise and refine motion design assets based on feedback from internal teams and performance data insights.
- • Maintain awareness of emerging motion design trends, platform-specific formats, and creative best practices in performance marketing.
- • Manage multiple concurrent projects in a fast-paced environment while consistently meeting tight deadlines.
- • Actively contribute ideas and participate in brainstorming sessions to enhance campaign creativity and effectiveness.
- • Ensure all delivered assets adhere to brand identity standards and platform technical requirements for optimal engagement and conversion.
- • Support the production pipeline by preparing files for delivery, organizing assets, and maintaining version control across projects.
- • Apply design principles focused on clarity, speed of message delivery, and viewer retention within short-form video formats.
- • Use Adobe After Effects to build animations, apply keyframe motion, and integrate audio elements for synchronized visuals.
- • Work with Figma to align visual layouts, typography, and color schemes with approved marketing creatives and wireframes.
- • Adapt designs for various aspect ratios, resolutions, and platform specifications to maximize cross-channel performance.
- • Stay organized by tracking project timelines, feedback loops, and asset approvals through internal workflows.
- • Demonstrate initiative in learning new tools and techniques to improve efficiency and creative output.
- • Receive and implement constructive feedback with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
- • Contribute to a collaborative team culture by sharing knowledge, assisting peers, and maintaining open communication.
- • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of platform algorithm changes and creative trends impacting video ad performance.
- • Balance creative expression with performance-driven objectives to produce assets that drive user acquisition and retention.
🎯 Requirements
- • A portfolio showcasing motion design work and an understanding of design principles for performance marketing, including creating assets optimized for engagement, conversion, clarity, and platform-specific best practices.
- • Working knowledge of motion design and video editing tools such as Adobe After Effects.
- • Experience using Figma.
- • Good written and verbal communication skills in English.
- • Ability to take feedback positively and apply it effectively.
- • Strong attention to detail and eagerness to learn.
- • Ability to work independently while also being a collaborative team player.
