📋 Description

• • The Graphic & Production Designer will serve as the hands-on execution layer for Pear Tree’s marketing design output, transforming brand assets and illustrations into production-ready deliverables across packaging, venue, digital, and trade channels.
• • Day to day, the designer will build print-ready beer labels, design venue templates and print collateral, create and build responsive HTML email campaigns in Klaviyo, update website content with schema markup, maintain trade pitch decks, and handle ad hoc design requests such as ingredient cards and festival assets.
• • Pear Tree is a certified sustainable and carbon neutral craft beer brand with an irreverent, anti-corporate voice, operating from Metro Manila, Philippines, supporting Australian market operations with a fast-paced, collaborative workflow managed via Airtable and Google Drive.
• • The role offers the opportunity to deepen expertise in FMCG packaging, multi-channel brand execution, and sustainable brand storytelling while gaining fluency in a distinctive craft beer brand system and working closely with illustrators and marketing leads.
