- • A performance-driven Graphic Designer role at Web Tonic, a done-for-you digital marketing agency serving B2B and B2C clients with $2M–$300M in annual revenue, where design directly impacts client revenue through high-converting landing pages and ad creatives.
- • The role involves spending approximately 60% of time designing landing page wireframes and high-fidelity mockups in Figma for service-based and eCommerce clients, translating campaign briefs and brand guidelines into conversion-optimized layouts, and 40% creating static ad creatives for Meta Ads and Google PMax campaigns, with a focus on direct response principles and A/B test iteration.
- • Web Tonic operates as a full-stack execution partner across paid media, SEO, web development, landing page production, and marketing automation, serving clients across North America, Europe, MENA, and APAC, with this role embedded in the core delivery engine to ensure design aligns with performance goals.
- • The designer will develop expertise in conversion-focused design systems, responsive layouts, platform-specific ad requirements, and data-backed creative strategy, gaining hands-on experience in translating performance metrics into visual improvements and collaborating closely with paid media teams to optimize campaign outcomes.
