- • As a Group Manager, Product Design at ServiceTitan, you will lead and grow a high-performing design team that solves complex, real-world problems for tradespeople through innovative, data-driven, and AI-augmented solutions.
- • You will hire, train, and mentor designers; lead end-to-end design projects; build scalable design processes; contribute to product strategy; and partner cross-functionally with Engineering, Product, Marketing, and Data Science to deliver cohesive user experiences.
- • You will work within ServiceTitan’s Experience Design (XD) team, which focuses on creating impactful software for the trades, operating in a fast-paced, globally distributed environment with headquarters in the US and a growing presence in India.
- • You will deepen your expertise in AI-assisted design, strategic leadership, and cross-functional collaboration while driving measurable impact on product quality, team performance, and user outcomes in a mission-driven organization.
🎯 Requirements
- • 5+ years of experience in a SaaS or enterprise environment
- • Experience leading and managing a 3–10 person design team or groups of teams
- • Hands-on familiarity with AI-assisted design tools (e.g. Figma Make, Claude, Cursor, or similar)
- • Demonstrated ability to deliver high-quality design output at scale, measured through quantitative and qualitative methods
- • Strong coach and leader with ability to foster healthy design culture and provide direct feedback
- • Strong communicator and collaborator across multi-disciplinary, globally distributed teams
