• • As a Growth Designer, you will be instrumental in bringing our vision to life through compelling visual and motion design. This dynamic role sits at the critical intersection of brand, marketing, and product, influencing how HappyRobot is perceived across all communication channels, including marketing campaigns, product launches, and social media platforms. Your work will directly contribute to building brand awareness, generating leads, and driving pipeline performance.
• • You will be responsible for creating high-impact growth and marketing assets. This includes a wide range of deliverables such as static images, engaging animated videos, and diverse visual content tailored for various digital channels. Your ability to translate complex AI and enterprise concepts into simple, visually appealing, and easily understandable designs will be key to our success.
• • A significant part of your role will involve partnering closely with our Product Marketing team. You will collaborate on the development and execution of product launches, marketing campaigns, and strategic positioning efforts. This collaboration ensures that our visual messaging is not only creative but also strategically aligned with our business objectives and target audience.
• • You will be a key contributor to marketing initiatives designed to drive pipeline growth and overall Go-To-Market (GTM) performance. This means understanding marketing funnels, user journeys, and conversion points, and designing assets that effectively move prospects through the funnel.
• • We foster an environment of rapid iteration and continuous improvement. You will be expected to iterate quickly on your designs based on feedback from stakeholders and performance data, while consistently maintaining an exceptionally high bar for design craft and polish. • • Your responsibilities will extend to supporting brand awareness efforts through consistent and compelling visual storytelling. This involves developing a strong visual identity that resonates with our target audience and effectively communicates our unique value proposition.

• • The ideal candidate possesses excellent graphic design and animation skills, backed by a robust portfolio that showcases a breadth of work in growth, marketing, or GTM contexts. Experience designing for multiple formats, including social media, video, digital advertising campaigns, and launch collateral, is crucial.
