• • As a Growth Engineer at Socure, you will be at the forefront of building the identity trust infrastructure for the digital economy, directly contributing to real-time identity verification and fraud prevention that impacts businesses, governments, and millions of people daily. This role is critical to scaling Socure’s market presence by engineering innovative, data-driven growth systems that bridge product, engineering, marketing, and go-to-market functions.
• • You will architect and execute high-velocity growth initiatives, operating as both a builder and creative strategist who thrives on rapid experimentation, automation, and measurable impact. Your work will directly influence customer acquisition, pipeline generation, and revenue growth across fintech, government, and eCommerce verticals through personalized, AI-powered outreach and self-service product experiences.
• • You will scale sales and marketing functions by designing and implementing automation, AI assistance, and accessible insights that streamline GTM workflows and amplify outreach efficiency.
• • You will own campaign automation, including lifecycle drip campaigns and new go-to-market workflows, ensuring timely, personalized engagement at scale.
• • You will automate prospecting using innovative tactics and tools such as clay.io, GenAI agents, and web scrapers to uncover and engage high-intent prospects with never-seen-before outreach strategies.
• • You will build viral tools, shareable demos, and mini-products that drive organic traffic and referrals, showcasing Socure’s AI/ML identity graph and verification capabilities to attract inbound interest.
• • You will act as an internal multiplier by developing and sharing tools, playbooks, and internal AI agents that empower marketing and GTM teams to move faster and execute with greater precision.
• • You will craft compelling copy and UI elements for interactive landing pages, calculators, and integrations that effectively communicate Socure’s value proposition and technical differentiation.
• • You will partner in automating customer communications across community Slack channels, Substack, and LinkedIn communities to nurture engagement and foster brand advocacy.
• • You will create AI agents that automate flows from product design to go-to-market, capturing customer interest and driving cross-sell and upsell opportunities within existing accounts.
• • You will design market-monitoring agents that continuously scrape for negative sentiment, competitive shifts, and emerging trends to inform proactive positioning and outmaneuver rivals.
• • You will contribute to self-service product initiatives by building elegant, UX-focused experiences with dynamic messaging that lower friction for new and existing customers.
• • You will analyze funnel and behavioral data to rapidly pivot strategies, transforming how RevOps and Marketing Ops measure and optimize performance.
• • You will partner cross-functionally with marketing, partnerships, and product teams to ensure all growth experiments align with commercial objectives and brand goals.
• • You will design, run, and iterate on A/B tests and growth experiments across acquisition, onboarding, and retention funnels, using data to drive rapid iteration and impact.
• • You will stay on the bleeding edge of growth technology, continuously researching and evaluating new tools, platforms, and frameworks to bring cutting-edge solutions in-house and maintain a competitive advantage.
