  • • Own the end-to-end growth engine for Kyra’s two-sided business: a profitable managed-service agency and a subscription platform, with the goal of increasing active brands (brands running at least one live campaign in a rolling 30 days) as the primary metric.
  • • Build and manage paid acquisition channels including Google Ads, LinkedIn, TikTok, and Instagram — setting budgets, optimizing bids, and tracking CPL and CPA without pre-defined plans.
  • • Own organic growth through SEO and AI-powered search optimization, including content strategy and ranking improvements across search engines and AI-driven platforms.
  • • Manage email marketing and lifecycle campaigns using HubSpot, designing automated workflows for lead nurturing, retention, and re-engagement.
  • • Design and implement website conversion optimization strategies to improve sign-ups, trial conversions, and activation rates.
  • • Create and operate an experiment engine: generate hypotheses, run A/B tests, measure results with statistical rigor, scale winners, and kill underperformers — reporting weekly.
  • • Build a measurement layer from scratch: implement event tracking, attribution models, dashboards, and baselines using GA4, Mixpanel, Amplitude, or PostHog.
  • • Leverage AI daily to generate creative assets, copy, landing pages, and automate personalization; use LLM APIs (e.g., Claude, OpenAI) and workflow tools (Zapier, Make, n8n) to scale operations.
  • • Design and implement referral mechanics and data flywheels that compound growth between the agency and platform — turning agency clients into platform subscribers and vice versa.
  • • Surface product insights from funnel data to influence product development: identify levers for native sharing, creator retention, and feature improvements that accelerate growth.
  • • Model financial metrics including CAC, payback period, cohort analysis, and funnel math using spreadsheets to guide budget allocation and strategy.
  • • Build lightweight internal tools and landing pages without engineering support using Cursor, Claude Code, Webflow, or Framer to rapidly test and deploy growth experiments.
  • • Work in a hybrid model: 3 days per week in London office, with 4 days in-office during first two weeks for onboarding; remote for Europe-based candidates with occasional travel to London.
  • • Maintain clean, accurate data pipelines and ensure all growth activities are tracked, attributed, and reported with integrity — no vanity metrics.
  • • Continuously adapt to evolving tools, channels, and AI capabilities; thrive in ambiguity with no rigid processes or hand-holding.
  • • Feed insights from customer behavior and funnel performance directly into product roadmap discussions to align growth with product evolution.
  • • Deliver measurable outcomes: by month 3, establish qualified lead pipeline, launch two paid channels with tracking, and build foundational measurement layer; by year one, achieve agreed active brand growth rate, CAC payback under 12 months, and net revenue retention above target.

🎯 Requirements

  • • Influencer or creator marketing experience, or two-sided marketplace experience — deep understanding of buyer and supply-side dynamics
  • • Proven track record of growing a product with measurable results in acquisition, conversion, or retention
  • • Ownership of paid channels (Google, Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn) including budget, CPL, CPA, and conversion tracking
  • • Experience with organic growth (SEO, AI search optimization) and lifecycle marketing via HubSpot or equivalent CRM
  • • Expertise in analytics and experiment design: event tracking, attribution, A/B testing, sample size, and statistical significance
  • • AI-immersed: daily use of LLMs (Claude, OpenAI), prompt engineering, and workflow automation with Zapier, Make, or n8n
  • • Strong spreadsheet modeling skills: CAC, payback, cohort analysis, funnel math
  • • Scrappy execution: ability to build landing pages and small tools with Cursor, Claude Code, Webflow, or Framer without engineering
  • • London-based or willing to travel occasionally to London if based in Europe
