  • • Own the full-funnel growth engine for Legion Health’s AI-native mental-health clinic, from first impression to lifelong patient. You will design, launch, and iterate on acquisition, activation, and retention programs that move the company from $3 M ARR to the next order of magnitude while giving millions of Americans faster, insurance-covered psychiatric care.
  • • Build and run a high-leverage experimentation program. Every week you’ll ship 2-3 A/B tests across paid search, paid social, healthcare directories (Zocdoc, Psychology Today), SEO content, referral loops, and lifecycle email/SMS. You’ll instrument every step in PostHog, write SQL to pull cohort data, and turn insights into concrete product or marketing changes within days—not quarters.
  • • Optimize conversion across the entire patient journey: landing pages → scheduling flow → first tele-visit → 30-day retention → long-term engagement. You’ll work with design and engineering to remove friction, increase trust, and ensure HIPAA-compliant messaging at each touchpoint.
  • • Scale winning channels into repeatable playbooks. When a Meta campaign or Psychology Today listing hits payback <30 days, you’ll document targeting, creative, and landing-page templates so the playbook can be handed to an agency or junior hire and expanded to new states.
  • • Collaborate daily with product, engineering, clinical operations, and the founding team. You’ll translate growth needs into Jira tickets, unblock engineers with clear specs, and ensure that new features (e.g., AI scheduling assistant) are rolled out in ways that maximize patient conversion without compromising clinical quality.
  • • Drive national expansion strategy. As Legion moves beyond Texas, you’ll map payer coverage, state regulations, and local directory opportunities; sequence market entries; and localize messaging to hit 10Ă— patient volume next year.
  • • Manage a disciplined growth budget. You’ll forecast spend vs. LTV by channel, negotiate vendor contracts, and re-allocate dollars weekly based on real-time performance data.
  • • Champion a culture of measurement and learning. You’ll establish core KPIs (CAC, activation rate, 90-day retention, NPS), build dashboards the entire company can read, and run monthly growth reviews that turn raw numbers into strategic decisions.
  • • Mentor future team members. As the first dedicated growth hire, you’ll interview, onboard, and coach analysts, marketers, and channel managers—laying the groundwork for a world-class growth org.
  • • Represent Legion Health externally. Whether writing a viral LinkedIn post about mental-health access or speaking on a healthcare growth panel, you’ll embody the mission and attract both patients and talent to the brand.
