📋 Description

• As a Growth Lead - Special Projects at Anyvan Inc., you will own and execute high-impact initiatives critical to the company’s global expansion, operating as a cross-functional fixer who drives outcomes without being confined to a single geography, channel, or team.
• Day to day, you will diagnose and lead growth projects from inception to execution—such as launching new markets, designing loyalty programs, or improving products for SMEs—while creating leverage across marketing, product, pricing, sales, and operations to ensure delivery and scalability.
• You’ll join a mission-driven team of 400 AnyVanners across London, Cape Town, and Bogota, dedicated to reducing wasted miles in logistics and saving 8,520 tonnes of carbon annually through efficient technology and customer-centric innovation.
• In this role, you will develop deep commercial fluency, sharpen your analytical and execution skills, and gain end-to-end ownership of strategic initiatives—accelerating your growth as a full-stack operator in a fast-moving, founder-led environment.

🎯 Requirements

• Background in startups, scaleups, BizOps, or Chief of Staff roles with high agency to execute vague briefs flawlessly
• Commercial fluency in revenue, contribution margin, and conversion metrics, with ability to analyze raw data independently
• Full-stack toolkit enabling movement between product, operations, and marketing without being a single-channel specialist
• Strong bias for action, comfort with ambiguity, and preference for shipping fast over navigating bureaucracy
• Founder mindset: self-motivated, pressure-resilient, and willing to roll up sleeves to get things done
