- • As a Growth Marketer at Tello Mobile, you will drive a consistent flow of qualified families into Tellos, turning demand into scheduled therapy by building scalable acquisition systems that directly impact access to autism care.
- • You will own the full client acquisition funnel—from awareness to scheduled assessment—identifying drop-off points, testing fixes, and ensuring marketing efforts translate into real-world therapy starts without creating operational chaos.
- • You will work within a mission-driven, self-funded, profitable company led by operators, reporting directly to the CEO and leadership team to build the growth engine from zero to scale in a high-impact healthcare marketplace.
- • Your day-to-day responsibilities include launching and iterating on local SEO (city/state pages), paid acquisition (Google, Meta), referral channels (schools, providers, communities), and conversion surfaces (landing pages, forms, messaging) to build repeatable, high-intent acquisition loops.
- • You will personally execute campaigns—not manage agencies—testing weekly, killing underperforming tactics, and doubling down on what works to reduce cost per qualified intake and improve conversion from inquiry to therapy start.
- • You will define and own the growth scorecard, tracking metrics like cost per qualified lead, lead-to-intake conversion, intake-to-therapy-start conversion, time to first session, and channel-level ROI, using data to explain what’s working and what to do next.
- • You will collaborate closely with operations to ensure lead quality, frictionless intake, message-market fit, and balanced demand-supply dynamics, understanding that growth must not break the patient or provider experience.
- • Within 3–6 months, success means establishing consistent, qualified inbound flow from multiple validated channels, lowering CPA, increasing conversion rates, and creating a scalable acquisition engine ready for multi-market expansion.
- • This role begins as a 30–60 day contract/trial with a clear path to full-time based on performance, ideal for a builder who thrives in high-feedback, high-accountability environments and cares more about outcomes than activity.
🎯 Requirements
- • Hands-on experience driving growth in consumer digital healthcare (required)
- • Proven ability to run and own acquisition channels end-to-end, including local SEO, paid media (Google/Meta), and referral systems
- • Builder mindset: executes campaigns personally, tests weekly, iterates fast, and kills what doesn’t work—does not rely on agency management
- • Strong analytical thinking: defines funnels, measures conversion at every stage, and uses data to drive decisions, not just report activity
- • Experience in marketplaces or local services is a strong plus
