• • As the Growth Marketing Lead at Develop Health, you will own the campaigns, messaging, and conference strategy that drive every demo on the calendar, directly contributing to the company’s mission of using AI to accelerate access to life-saving medications by eliminating manual healthcare inefficiencies.
• • You will take ownership of outbound sequences across email, LinkedIn, direct mail, and multi-channel orchestration; build an experiment source-of-truth; lock in strategic conference presence; run brand-specific outbound programs; and ship a conversion dashboard to enable data-driven funnel decisions.
• • Develop Health is a fast-growing, mission-driven health-tech startup backed by founders who have successfully exited prior healthcare ventures (Rupa Health, Canvas Medical), now scaling after a major funding round and partnering with top pharmacy benefit managers and payers to help over 400,000 new patients monthly.
• • In this role, you will build and own the demand generation function, conference program, sales collateral system, messaging authority, and experimentation engine—developing deep expertise in B2B health-tech growth while making a measurable impact on patient access to care.
