- • As a Growth Marketing Lead – Innovative Channels at Jerry.ai, you will drive high-impact customer acquisition by identifying, launching, and scaling new marketing channels from 0 to 1 and scaling existing ones from 1 to 100, directly contributing to the company’s goal of achieving high double-digit growth and reaching a $10B valuation.
- • Day to day, you will own end-to-end channel expansion including research, prioritization, launch, and iteration across paid and partnership-based channels such as affiliates, direct mail, social platforms, and emerging ad networks; design and execute rigorous experiments; analyze full-funnel metrics (CAC, LTV, ROAS, incrementality); pioneer AI agent adoption in marketing operations; and collaborate with product, data, and creative teams to build infrastructure and assets for channel success.

🎯 Requirements
- • 4+ years of experience in performance or growth marketing with exposure across multiple channels (paid social, affiliates, direct mail, emerging platforms, or similar)
- • Consulting background (ideally MBB or equivalent) preferred, with ability to structure complex problems, prioritize ruthlessly, and communicate clearly to senior stakeholders
- • Strong foundational understanding of core marketing levers — bidding, targeting, creative, landing page optimization — and ability to apply them across diverse and unfamiliar contexts
- • Strong quantitative analytical ability with full-funnel metrics (CAC, LTV, ROAS, incrementality) and skill in storytelling through data
- • Genuine creative acumen — ability to evaluate compelling creative and partner effectively with designers and copywriters
- • Excited about and ideally experienced with applying AI tools and agents to accelerate marketing work as a strategic capability
