  • • As a Growth Marketing Manager, B2B at Counsel.com, Inc., you will play a pivotal role in scaling the company’s enterprise growth engine by bridging product marketing, content strategy, and performance marketing to translate complex healthcare technology into compelling narratives that drive measurable growth in the B2B space.
  • • You will partner closely with Sales, Clinical, AI, and Product teams to develop messaging, produce high-impact content, and design campaigns that shape how Counsel communicates its value to enterprise buyers, directly influencing pipeline and revenue outcomes.
  • • Your day-to-day responsibilities will include designing and executing targeted growth campaigns for enterprise buyers, running structured A/B tests across messaging, creative, and audience segments to continuously improve performance, and optimizing key channels like LinkedIn Ads and outbound sales efforts.
  • • You will create sales enablement assets that support enterprise sales conversations and outbound email campaigns, while also developing thought leadership content—such as white papers, case studies, and research reports—in partnership with the commercial team to position Counsel as a leader in AI-enabled primary care.
  • • You will leverage product data, industry insights, and performance analytics to craft data-driven stories that resonate with enterprise buyers and differentiate Counsel in a competitive, rapidly evolving market.

  • • In this role, you will have the opportunity to own end-to-end content production, influence go-to-market strategy at a high-growth startup backed by top-tier VCs (a16z, Google Ventures, Pear VC), and grow professionally by building systems and processes from scratch in a fast-moving, mission-driven environment.

🎯 Requirements

  • • 5-7+ years of experience in B2B marketing across product marketing, growth marketing, content marketing, or demand generation, preferably in healthcare, digital health, or enterprise SaaS.
  • • Proven ability to produce high-quality marketing and sales content, including executive-level collateral, white papers, case studies, and thought leadership assets.
  • • Strong analytical mindset with hands-on experience using data to guide experimentation, optimize campaigns, and measure performance across channels like LinkedIn Ads and outbound efforts.
  • • Demonstrated skill in translating complex technical or AI-powered concepts into clear, compelling messaging for enterprise buyers.
  • • Experience owning or optimizing B2B growth channels such as LinkedIn Ads, demand generation programs, or outbound sales messaging.
  • • Startup mentality: comfort building processes, systems, and assets from scratch in fast-moving, ambiguous environments.
