- • As a Growth Marketing Sr. Manager at Jump Technologies Inc., you will own experimentation and optimization across the entire customer lifecycle, directly impacting activation, conversion, retention, and expansion to accelerate the company’s product-led growth (PLG) motion. This role is critical in transforming product usage into sustainable revenue by identifying and removing friction points in the user journey, ensuring that growth is driven not just by acquisition but by maximizing value from existing users.
- • You will design and run A/B and multivariate experiments across onboarding, activation, retention, and expansion phases, partnering closely with the Growth Product Manager to align testing initiatives with the product roadmap and ensure cohesive user experiences. Your work will involve analyzing user behavior data to pinpoint drop-off points and proposing data-informed tests to improve key metrics such as trial-to-paid conversion, feature adoption, and customer lifetime value.
- • A core responsibility will be driving free-to-paid conversion by optimizing trial, freemium, and product-qualified lead (PQL) flows in collaboration with Product, Sales, and Demand Generation teams. You will build and iterate on lifecycle programs including email sequences, in-app messaging, and sales-assisted touches, refining timing, segmentation, and messaging to increase conversion rates without relying on net-new acquisition.
- • You will own and scale retention and expansion initiatives, designing and testing upsell, cross-sell, and reactivation campaigns that translate product usage signals into targeted growth motions. By reducing churn and increasing expansion revenue from existing customers, you will directly contribute to improving net revenue retention (NRR) and long-term business health.
- • Serving as the growth analytics partner, you will define success metrics for all lifecycle initiatives, analyze experiment results using tools like Amplitude, Mixpanel, or GA4, and communicate insights clearly to stakeholders including leadership, RevOps, and Data teams. Your analysis will help the organization understand which growth levers are most effective and where to double down.
- • You will collaborate deeply and transparently with cross-functional teams: partnering with Demand Generation to ensure a seamless handoff from acquisition to lifecycle, working with Sales on PQL identification and conversion plays, and aligning with RevOps and Data on attribution, measurement, and reporting infrastructure. Clear communication and structured experimentation will be central to your effectiveness.

🎯 Requirements
- • 4–8 years of experience in growth marketing, lifecycle marketing, or product management
- • Proven ability to design and run experiments that improve conversion, retention, or expansion metrics
- • Strong analytical skills with experience using tools such as Amplitude, Mixpanel, GA4, Looker, Mode, or SQL
- • Experience collaborating with Product Managers, data teams, Sales, and Demand Generation in a startup or scale-up environment
- • Comfort operating in ambiguity and driving results in a fast-paced, high-velocity setting
