- • Lead the development and execution of innovative, high-impact performance marketing strategies aligned with overarching business goals and objectives.
- • Utilize advanced analytics tools to gather, analyze, and interpret complex campaign data to derive strategic insights that optimize performance and enhance ROI.
- • Drive sophisticated audience research and segmentation initiatives using advanced targeting methodologies to refine messaging and improve campaign effectiveness.
- • Spearhead collaboration with creative teams to ideate, develop, and test high-performing ad creatives, landing pages, and campaign assets through structured A/B testing frameworks.
- • Manage and allocate campaign budgets with precision to maximize ROI and ensure cost-efficiency across digital media channels.
- • Generate detailed performance reports, analyze key metrics, and deliver strategic recommendations to internal stakeholders and clients.
- • Lead and oversee a team of account managers on client engagements, ensuring effective project management, task delegation, and delivery of target outcomes.
- • Support the sales process by conducting audits of prospective clients and actively participating in sales pitches to drive new business acquisition.
- • Stay at the forefront of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in performance marketing to implement innovative approaches that maintain a competitive edge.
- • Maintain expert proficiency in digital advertising platforms including Google Ads and Facebook Ads Manager, and analytics tools such as Google Analytics and Adobe Analytics.
- • Apply advanced computer skills in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Google Suite (Sheets, Slides) to manage data, build presentations, and communicate insights effectively.
- • Provide client-facing leadership with proven experience in managing client relationships, expectations, and deliverables in an agency environment.
- • Contribute to thought leadership by identifying and implementing cutting-edge tactics in ecommerce and performance marketing contexts.
🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field
- • 6+ years of progressive experience in digital marketing with a focus on performance-driven campaigns and strategic leadership
- • Expert proficiency in Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and Adobe Analytics
- • Strong leadership and project management abilities with experience overseeing account teams
- • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
- • Client-facing experience required; ecommerce and agency experience desirable
