Full Job Description
đź“‹ Description
- • As a Growth Product Designer at Solace Corporation, you will own the design of the acquisition funnel—the critical first touchpoint where patients discover, understand, and choose Solace’s patient advocacy platform. This role is pivotal in transforming curiosity into action by crafting experiences that drive conversion across landing pages, onboarding flows, and key entry points, directly impacting the company’s mission to simplify healthcare navigation for millions of Americans who lack health literacy.
- • You will design and optimize the end-to-end acquisition funnel, translating complex healthcare concepts into clear, compelling, and high-converting experiences that balance brand integrity with performance-driven outcomes. Your work will involve rapidly generating, testing, and iterating on concepts based on data, user behavior, and experimentation, while partnering closely with growth, marketing, product, and engineering teams to launch and refine experiments that yield measurable impact.
- • You will identify friction points, drop-offs, and opportunities across the funnel and proactively propose solutions, balancing speed and craft—knowing when to ship fast and when to refine for maximum impact. Additionally, you will contribute to and evolve a performance-minded design system that supports rapid experimentation without sacrificing brand quality, ensuring high-quality implementation and consistency across all touchpoints.
- • Solace Corporation is a Series C healthcare startup founded in 2022, backed by top-tier venture capital firms including Inspired Capital, Craft Ventures, Torch Capital, Menlo Ventures, Signalfire, and IVP. The U.S.-based team is lean, mission-driven, and growing rapidly, united by a shared passion to redefine healthcare by putting power back into the hands of patients through expert advocacy and decision-support tools.
- • In this role, you will have the opportunity to do some of the most meaningful and visible work of your career, directly contributing to a mission that addresses a critical societal challenge: the 88% of U.S. adults who lack the health literacy to navigate the healthcare system without help. You will sharpen your skills in growth-focused design, data-informed iteration, and cross-functional collaboration, while working in an intense, high-impact environment that values urgency, precision, and heart.
