📋 Description

• As a Growth Product Designer at WellTech Limited, you will play a pivotal role in shaping how users discover, engage with, and convert into paying customers for wellness apps like Muscle Booster, Yoga-Go, and WalkFit, directly impacting the company’s mission to build healthier habits globally.
• Your day-to-day responsibilities include designing and optimizing acquisition funnels — from landing pages and 30–40 question quiz experiences to paywalls and checkout flows — translating growth hypotheses into high-converting, developer-ready designs in Figma, and collaborating closely with Product Growth Managers, developers, and analysts to iterate based on experiment results.
• You will join a dynamic, global Product Growth & Monetisation team within WellTech Limited, a fast-scaling wellness technology company with over 25.5 million users worldwide and hubs across Cyprus, Ukraine, Poland, Spain, and the UK, combining market leadership scale with startup agility.
• In this role, you will deepen your expertise in growth design, behavioural psychology, and conversion optimization, while contributing to the evolution of the team’s design standards and best practices, and gaining measurable impact on key business metrics like conversion rate, revenue, ARPU, CAC, and LTV.

🎯 Requirements

• Strong experience designing conversion-focused web or mobile funnels, onboarding flows, paywalls, checkout flows, landing pages, or similar acquisition experiences.
• Deep knowledge of Figma, including components, auto layout, variables, and design system usage.
• Strong understanding of behavioural design, persuasion principles, motivation, friction reduction, and growth design methodologies.
• Ability to turn business goals and product hypotheses into clear, testable design solutions.
• Commercial awareness of how design decisions affect metrics such as conversion rate, checkout completion, revenue, ARPU, CAC, and LTV.
• Experience collaborating with growth managers, developers, analysts, and other designers.
