📋 Description
- • Manage pay-per-click campaigns across all major search engines to exceed KPIs for Lennar’s national divisions
- • Own and optimize emerging digital acquisition channels including Zillow, BDX, Realtor.com, programmatic display, direct mail, and OTT platforms
- • Develop and implement operational strategies to scale customer acquisition through evolving digital channels
- • Stand up new marketing processes such as division task trackers, content approval workflows, and ad operations systems
- • Serve as the primary point of contact for internal divisions on advertising requests, landing page updates, and campaign changes
- • Analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics, Salesforce, and Tableau to drive data-informed optimizations
- • Present strategic insights and campaign results through clear, compelling PowerPoint presentations focused on KPI improvement
- • Design and execute A/B tests to enhance organic and paid performance across digital platforms
- • Manage cross-functional customer engagement initiatives and coordinate follow-ups with HR, Legal, and regional divisions
- • Collaborate with the growth team to streamline social media workflows and evolve processes as channel needs change
- • Ideate and implement strategic workflows for new and emerging advertising platforms to support acquisition goals
- • Maintain detailed documentation and follow-ups for all marketing requests and operational changes
- • Support team education by explaining complex digital marketing concepts to non-marketing stakeholders
- • Perform multiple detail-oriented tasks with simultaneous deadlines while maintaining accuracy and efficiency
- • Anticipate operational needs and execute tasks with minimal supervision
- • Operate within a hybrid environment requiring regular in-person attendance at company communities, job sites, and offices
- • Work in confined construction trailer environments and perform physical tasks including climbing stairs, lifting equipment over 50 pounds, and operating motor vehicles
- • Utilize MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word for campaign tracking, reporting, and communication
- • Access and use Company-approved tools including AI systems, data analysis platforms, and customer engagement applications
🎯 Requirements
- • 4-year degree in Advertising, Marketing, Communications, Business, or equivalent relevant experience
- • 1+ years hands-on experience in digital marketing
- • Proven track record of managing performance-based paid search campaigns and exceeding campaign goals
- • Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
- • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with strong written and verbal abilities
- • Ability to multi-task, prioritize based on opportunity and risk, and work independently with minimal direction
