📋 Description

• As a Growth Strategist at HappyRobot AI Inc., you will play a pivotal role in scaling the company’s go-to-market motion and accelerating customer acquisition in the fast-growing AI automation space, directly impacting revenue and market penetration in the logistics industry.
• You will work closely with the founding team to design, execute, and analyze high-velocity growth experiments across marketing, sales, and product channels, ensuring data-driven decisions that optimize funnels and uncover new growth levers.
• Your day-to-day responsibilities will include driving and analyzing growth experiments across channels such as email, outbound, SEO, and paid media to identify high-performing tactics for lead generation and customer engagement.
• You will build and optimize lead-generation strategies tailored to industry stakeholders including freight brokers, 3PLs, shippers, warehouses, and supply chain tech startups, ensuring messaging resonates with their operational pain points.
• Collaborating with product and marketing teams, you will shape messaging, positioning, and campaign assets that clearly communicate the value of HappyRobot’s AI workers in automating communication across phone, email, and messaging systems.
• You will analyze user behavior and funnel data using analytics tools to identify bottlenecks in the customer journey, then recommend and implement improvements to increase conversion rates at each stage.
• You will own and refine tools and processes for scaling outreach and campaign automation, including CRM workflows, sequencing tools, and integration with APIs to enhance efficiency and personalization at scale.
• Supporting the sales team, you will qualify leads, refine ideal customer profiles (ICPs), and develop tactics to improve conversion rates, ensuring alignment between marketing efforts and sales outcomes.
• You will operate within a high-intensity, fast-paced environment that values extreme ownership, craftsmanship, and first-principles thinking, where your initiatives are expected to produce immediate, measurable impact.
